Spectator tickets are not needed Mon – Thurs, just arrive at the venue. Tickets are needed for Fri – Sun, purchase below.
Each spectator ticket gives you 40 mins within the ice rink marquee. Tickets let you see the live shows on Friday and Saturdays at 6 pm, 7 pm and 8 pm.
If you wish to book skating tickets for your visit, please book Fri – Sun tickets here or Mon – Thur’s tickets here after adding your spectator tickets to the cart.

The ticket price is the same for adults and children.
- Once purchased, please check your email for confirmation of the order. We do not issue/post tickets
- Please bring the order email with you to show when you arrive

- Please arrive 30 minutes early
- We recommend you dress for the colder weather
- Parking is free in our large car park
- You are required to accept / which is to sign the ice rink disclaimer at the point of ordering disclaimer policy
- Adult and spectator tickets are inclusive of VAT
