Skate tickets – Disabled/Carer tickets

Please ensure you bring a valid disability ID issued within the last 12 months for verification.

•  Ice skating sessions are on a first come first served basis 
• Once purchased, please check your email for confirmation of the order. We do not issue/post tickets
• Please bring the order email with you to show when you arrive
• Check junk and spam folders for emails
• Skating sessions are 40 mins long
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your skating session to have your boots fitted
• We recommend you dress for the colder weather
• We recommend that children wear some form of head protection
• Parking is free in our large car park
• Hot drinks and food will be available to purchase
• You are required to accept / which is to sign the ice rink disclaimer at the point of ordering disclaimer policy
• Adult tickets are inclusive of VAT
• Once booked tickets are non-refundable
• Under 10 must have an adult skater with them
• Free to spectate for anyone, apart from on Drag Queen Bingo nights and opening night
• Anyone skating must have a paid ticket
