Firstly, dont panic! You will likely have recieved this due to having an item still in your cart, which has now expired and the website has released that ticket. To be certain login to your account and check your bookings. We will not cancel any bookings (Unless we contact you first)
YES – our ice rink is real ice!
No, the ice rink is under cover so you’ll be protected from the weather but we still suggest you put on your hat and gloves!
Yes, we have a selection of food and drink available!
Yes- ice skates are included in your ticket price!
Under 13’s must have an adult skater with them
